Pretty easy post today. Just make Mom's meatloaf without the bread/cracker crumbs. It won't hold together as well, but that's okay. Be sure to load up on the veggies. I put lots of onion and green pepper in my loaf, and added carrots to the side of the meat.
Add some roasted veggies and maybe a little fruit on the side and you're done! :)
Monday, made smoothie to suit(spinach, blue berries, black berries, strawberries. two c. almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, dash vanilla, honey,
ReplyDeletesome orange juice (should have used oranges). When done, put into one of those large oj bottles with the large lids. You don't have to make new every morning! Did athe dame for almond flour. put into 2 lb peanut butter jar, stick in fridge. Small amt of flaxseed flour in plastic bag, put in jar, also.
Had roasted veggies: gr beans, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes(put in last, about 10 min.) broccoli, cauliflower .
My version of Vindaloo chicken, sage, turmeric, Herbs de Provence, Ras El Hanout, marinade in olive oil and zesty Italian dressing.

my little Mr. Coffee coffee grinder!! Works great. Riced cauliflower is next!
